Feel like screaming. Had knee surgery yesterday, NOW I WONT BE ABLE TO SWIM LAPS ORR GET INTO POOL FOR THERAPY EXERCISE FOR WEEKS. I cant seem to get my carbs under 20 even close to 20. and as far as excising goes im useless. out of the pool. HELP ADVICE PLEASE

Cant seem to get my numbers right too many carbs mostr are veggies but that damn oatmeal is killing me.

Day one ,back again starting over after many surgeries. Hopefully tomorrows knee surgery will be the last one for a long time. Hello everyone glad to be back.

Well it's been one week today and I'm down 6.8lbs. I'm so excited and feeling great about this. thanks everyone for the positive energy Iv'e been feeling.

I'm back after a long year of being gone. I've had 6 surgeries and I think I'm finally ready to come back and stay committed to this. Time to kick some butt. On the plus side thru it all only gained a pound maybe 2 at most.
