Quit smoking
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I quit smoking last year and gained 20lbs. on top of the 30 I needed to loose. This year is the year to get healthy. I'v lost 42 lbs with 8 to go. I'll be 60 in two months. If I can do it, you can too!

Thank you for the support. I quit in September of 2013. Now I feel its time to loose the weight now that I am not constantly eating pretzel sticks

I quite October 2012 and gained from 152 to 178 , and I didn't think I was doing anything different with my diet or exercise, so now I am down to 163. I guess that your metabolism gets slower when you quit, smoking makes your metabolism higher and it also dehydrates you, so most people gain about 7 pounds right away just from the body adjusting.

when my mom quit she ate twizzlers... she said it helped and the carbs aren't as freightening. I think they may even have sugar free..
