Starting again. Business travel and the holidays set me back big time. Hoping that I'll lose fast :) Goal is 10 lbs by the end of the month (so I should be at 165 lbs by April 1).
175.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
