I withdrew from the Challenge that I had somehow signed up for on the day that I joined this Website because I see other challenges that are more in line with my goals. I'm looking to lose less than 30 pounds, so a 50 pound challenge wasn't realistic. The 50 squats per day, however, have my thighs all tuned up for sure!!!
