Back home from tournament. Will go to the store and buy a bunch of healthy food and take the dogs for a hike after church. Ready to focus since I didn't exactly have great "diet days" the last couple of days. Ate a lot of chicken strips from Safeway because that was probably better for me than the cheeseburgers and other fast food choices I had on the road. I did succomb to a corn dog and have to say it was absolutely wonderful. Again, should be an exercise entry for watching the kid play softball since it doesn't fall into the category of "resting" but it isn't exactly "jogging" either.
