In celebration of the fact that today is Monday, and that today is the only March 7 that there will ever be this year, I just consumed a giant ribeye steak that will certainly throw me so far over my calorie limit that it might take me a week of starvation to recover. But holy crap that was the best steak I've had in a long time. Didn't even have a side dish - just a giant slab of meat. Gosh it was great.
