Just realized that I was supposed to be on my light week starting today. Didn't realize it until I got completely done with Max Interval Circuit. Oh well....guess I'm just addicted to the Max Interval workouts.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
