I was doing so well last week. 10,000 steps a day. High calorie deficit. Watching my carbs. My weight was going down. ...And then the weekend hit. Tacos, margaritas, brownies! My weight was up 5 pounds after the gluttonous weekend. Now I'm starting over again. I really wish I could keep my will-power when presented with bad food choices. I only bring food I know I can eat to parties, so that's a start. I'm beginning to think I need to avoid the parties for a while. Booo!
My official weigh in day is Thursday, so here's to hoping I can at least get back to where I was last week.
