Yesterday I was privy to my first Nuclear Stress Test...a baseline. Passed the test.
Ate like a crazy person last night. Hard candy, jelly, wasa, popsicles, wth? I'm going on the fact that I couldn't eat first thing and it toppled everything. LOL.
Did not do yoga last night.
Oh how I don't want a shake for lunch......too bad. It's exactly what's for lunch!!
BTW - just feel really odd today....wonder if it is side effects of nucelar stress test?
