got my exercise in today!!! for now I'm going to concentrate on diet and exercise and not the scale!!!Sometimes that scale can be your worse enemy

So glad someone else is ticked off at that thing! I am sticking to diet, exercising 5-6 times a week ie: walking 3-7 miles a day and the lbs are SLOW to come off.

I did the same thing today, Gail. I figure, if I'm honest with myself and commit 100% to my food and activity goals, getting on the scale EVERYDAY and just seeing little fluctuations, feels more like a frustrating task, instead of a weekly celebration of being healthier! Best of luck to you.
