Why do you always weigh less in the morning?

I lost 8.3 pounds in my sleep! Between trips to the bathroom and losing water through normal respiration did I really lose 8.3 pounds?

Time for breakfast! Have a great day : )

probably not...but shifts in your body happened. Thats because the scale weighs everything...including fat...so you may be healthier (lost more fat) and lost water too....its a tricky thing I know.
