I love food so much. Every hour I think about ditching my diet. ITS THAT HARD. I'm tired of people telling me that I'm fat and ugly. I don't think I can do it. But I will try. I'm doing it because I wanna be HEALTHY!

I agree iwth Miasg. Just make changes you can handle slowly. And for the things that are really hard, see if you can find alternatives (and I don't mean grab a stick of celery when you want a bar of chocolate.. lol) Like.. for me.. I looked for vegan alternatives for ice cream.. here is what I found and it is AWeSOME.. chop up a couple of bananas, zip loc them and freeze them thoroughly (I not always keep a bag in my freezer) when I need a sweet or dessert.. throw a handful of hte frozen banana in the blender with a little vanilla almond milk and blend.. its like soft serve ice cream but healthy. (I have different things to change the flavor too) but don't give up!!! That is what helps me because I LOVE food too.. lol. so I am learning to find healthy alternatives. you can do it!! Everything is one day and one step at a time! :)

I think loving food is normal. It helps me to remember that. I am the same way about ditching my idea of eating right. I think that I want what everybody else has... But do I want to be larger? It's horrible that anybody comments on your body. I get that too... Why would someone think its okay to comment on anybody else's body unless asked? Certain things I have been able to give up and they are disgusting to me now. But real ice cream is hard. I gave up bananas, mangos and avocados. It helps me to get some fat like butter or coconut oil in the morning. But I don't have a huge family living with me who want foods I've given up. If I had bananas around back when I went off them it would have been impossible. It helped me to find out they are highly industrialized... I'm trying to eat only real food...

I just wanted to add...If anybody tells you that you are fat OR ugly to cut them out of your life. That's not okay ever!
