I haven't done this in a long time. I have a new attitude about life and change and eating and all that. Some girls at my job are doing the Flat Belly Diet and I didn't want to do it with them because I've decided to exnay the fad diets. Counting calories is where it's at. No Weight Watchers, no Atkins, none of it. THIS is my lifestyle change. I'm moving into a new phase in my life and I'm trying to make eating better a part of it.

My back is still not doing too great and the 5k is quickly approaching in April, April 9th to be exact. I'm worried, I'm scared and I'm so very sad that my back is injured. I'm going to get on that dang treadmill after having gone to physical therapy for the last two months and no exercise for the last two months and keep trying to walk. Walking for 35 minutes is all I can muster up. I've got to get myself up to a light jog by the week of the 14th if I have a slight chance in completing this race. The story of my life, start something good and something happens that I can't complete it. Oh well, I won't linger on the negative it has never gotten me anywhere throughout the years so I've dropped it all together. These are just observations.
