Few work events today that surrounded meals made it tough to eat healthier... Tried to make up for it while I could with turkey burger for lunch and fruits and veggies for snacks but its possible I was too far gone at that point. Did an extra workout tonight, hopefully that burns it off a little bit! Got two bathing suits that I ordered delivered in the mail today... that should do it for motivation, yikes!
