Bit peeved today... been eating right(no cheating) and been on treadmill everyday working my ass off for over three weeks and not lost any weight. What's going on?

Keep going. Three weeks is AWESOME. Something that my buddy's keep me accounted for is water. You must drink enough water (seriously)... if you drink enough you will not have water weight because you body knows that you are giving it more. When I forget water, I maintain or gain. It is super important. Also, it is important to add a little diversity to your exercise routine every once and a while for that little jump start. Maybe a sprint now and then, or jumping jack, jump rope, sit ups. etc. Good luck!

Thank-you for your kind words and support. I do notice my clothes fit differently...so must be loosing inches. I will start tracking my water on hee as well. I do love this way of eating, dont feel like I missing anything foodwise.
