It's my Friday today! I'm so ready for it, but I think the day is going to go super slow. Not that I'm doing anything super exciting in the next couple of days, just hauling kids around, but I'm hoping to get some good workouts and relaxation in. We're still trying to figure out the camping thing. We may have a place that we can get a one night site, but we're not sure yet. I'm actually looking forward to just being out in nature and not having to worry about anything.

No workout yesterday, but I should be able to get one done tonight. My hubby is going fishing this evening though, so depending on when he leaves I may just have to let the family eat while I'm doing my workout. Which is okay with me, but I know my hubby won't like that, he's really big on the family sitting down to dinner together, but I have to work late, so a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. :)

My eating was better yesterday, and I should stay okay today too. I'm worried about the next couple of days though when I'm home. If I can stay busy then I won't be thinking about food and I'm going to try to make my lunch like I would for work that way it's already there and I don't have to think about the other bad things I could have, like fast food. There's not too much junk at home right now, so I'm going to do my best to keep from mindlessly eating the next couple of days.

If you have to sit down with your kids then he needs to wait to go fishing and have dinner too.
