Yesterday was my last day of Transisiton and I'm official on Maintenance now.

Total results for Medifast:

66 pounds lost since 07 September (approximately 10.1 lbs per month)
11 pounds under my goal weight (250)

I took 2 weekend and one weeklong breaks from the diet:
October 29-31
November 24-26
December 25-31
I also had a normal dinner on this past Friday because it was my birthday.

These were bad for my weight loss but essential to my sanity.

I despise Medifast food with a passion that burns like a white hot hibachi, but I have to admit that it does work.

Of course I say this as I'm eating a bag of Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks (and not the old, good ones either). I'm going to continue to keep buying Medifast meals to eat as snacks between meals so I'm still eating every 2-3 hours (I think this is a big part of the success)

I'll continue to track my weight and my food intake at least for a month or so. As long as my weight remains stable I'll stop tracking my food (because it's a PITA
