there is going to be a pizza party in the break room today i am bringing chicken salad. we will see how it goes.

It's not worth it, man! I cringe when I think about how badly I would eat i.e. how many pizza slices I would devour. Cringeworthy!

Yeah, that's a hard one. Smart guy for making alternate choices! Depending on where you are with weight loss this week and when your weigh in is, if it gets difficult (ahhh, the smells!), allow yourself one small slice and load up on the salad. Then you're not depriving yourself and pigging out later on cause you didn't get the piece of pizza. If you're close to weigh in, use that as motivation to stay away. There's always gonna be pizza around. I have to continually remind myself that it's not the end of the world if I don't eat it today - it'll still be there when I'm thinner and hopefully at a time when I can control my eating habits better. And, my other way to decide is whether it's from my favorite pizza place or not - some just aren't worth it. Good luck!

Sometimes I get the slice and just eat the toppings off of it. Sometimes I get a slice, let it sit there, put my other food on the plate, and then just toss it. Yeah, its a waste of food, but sometimes with the pressure if "fitting in", you just do it. Good luck!

thank you everyone, didn't touch the pizza yay small steps and small victories :) ate my chicken salad and the 13 party pizzas didn't bother me :)
