so a few days ago i upped my protein a little and lowered my fat intake a little my body is still getting used to it no loss but i figured my body would take 1-2 weeks to deal with the switch. my fat and protein are almost equal in grams at the moment fat maybe a little lower. protein up 50g fat down 30g we will see :)

Great work. Don't let the scale fool you as you are putting forth the maximum effort it will move again. Just hang in there.

I agree. It was slow going but I've lost some weight after I lowered my calories from 1800 to 1550. Turns out I was at maintenance. Sometimes playing with your macros really helps a lot. Keep up the good work! We can do this!!!
