So I come in to work today and what do I find, a donut and a personal size strawberry rhubarb bread loaf on my desk. Why do people do this to me? Oh well, I already ate the donut, it was my favorite, a chocolate cake donut. I'm going to eat the bread later. I know I have some good options at home for the weekend to keep me in line, so I'm just going to have to stick to it this weekend to make up for some of my poor eating this week.

I went for a run last night and I'm paying for it. I should have waited another day, but today is so windy I wouldn't have gone. I didn't push myself too much though, I walked quite a bit, and was just happy that I got out there and did something. My hubby even told me I need to take some time off, so I must have been visibly sore last night. Tonight I'm doing a DVD, but I'm not quite sure what yet. Sometimes when I get home and look at the DVD's one just stands out so we'll see which one calls to me. :)

My daughter survived her physical yesterday. She ended up with 3 shots, and she wasn't happy with me because I told them to give her the optional HPV vaccine. She's getting so big, where does the time go?

Well, not much other news for today. Have a great weekend!! Have a great Father's Day to all the dads out there!! :)

That was nice of someone to think of you even if it is in the form of nasty foods! Can you take the bread loaf home to share? Great job on the run/walk yesterday...it does get easier and hopefully you will get over being sore. Keep doing what you're doing, it's great! Have a good weekend!
