I really hope that I am not losing muscle.

Who knew there were so many variations on pushups? I did a little better on the core synergistic exercises yesterday. I really struggle with those sphinx push ups. I can only do like 2 before I have to go on my knees. On the other hand, I was able to do a lot more of those stagger hands push ups.

I also have a hard time with the chatarunga run and the chataranga hold. Those just seem to require a lot of strength.

Well I don't expect to stay at 141 after today. I have a ladies church group tonight and they like to throw down in the kitchen!
141.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Eat clean before you go to the church group. Have a plan before you go. Remember, abs are made in the kitchen!! No need to take two steps back...always go forward.

Thanks guys! I am trying to prepare myself by eating something good before I go so that I don't eat too much while I am there.
