So I gained a little, which I expected. That woman had nothing healthy to eat last night! From too creamy cream of potato soup to greasy chicken enchiladas, she had nothing that was in line with the p90x nutrition plan. I tasted the potato soup and ate a potato chunk out of it, then picked all the chicken and beans out of the enchilada. But I am sure the pound cake I had afterwards didn't help either. Though it was delicious!

On a brighter note, I am starting to see my abs! I always knew they were there!
142.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
