Better than the other day. I've gotta get back cracking on this. I've slid back to where I started at well over a year ago and that's not good. My health, my life, is at stake over this.

Been there and done that with back-sliding to where I started or worse in the past, many many times. Here's the good news.....you're over 4 pounds down from your last weigh in so you've done good in that timeframe. That means you HAVE made a new start whether it feels that way or not. The past over and you can't change it but the future is a blank slate and you can do everything that's in your control to make it the best it can be. So I encourage you to resolve that today you'll continue that new start and keep at it. It's a journey with ups and downs and we get there one day at a time...make today your day! Best wishes for your success, you can do it.

The thing we forget about a backslide is that you're still facing forward! All you've got to do now is start fresh steps in the right direction. :)
