God help me! Gaining weight at a record pace. Starting over today. Memorial Day.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hey don't freak man. Listen if you really want to cut weight go on the military diet it's what I use.

Today is a great day to start fresh. For me limiting anything bread, or made with flour and of course sugar is key. Good luck with all you do. J
