I really need to up the exercize. I've been up and down all week and had a few poor days where i gave into biscuits and cakes. On Saturday we wentout for a friends birthday and i drank my weight in champagne (If its available i'll drink it all night long as long as i dont have to pay for it myself!;) )I'm feeling a bit disapointed and if i'm honest i was going to wait until my weight was back down till i recorded it on here. I have to start being honest with myself. I have been weighing myself daily and not recording it as it has been so up and down and i find it unreliable, a few days ago i was at 176 then back up to 182 then back down to 179 and i thought today I would start recording it daily if i really must insist on weighing myself anyway.
180.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
