I'm feeling really happy about my weight loss so far, i've hit the 10lb mark so not far off loosing my first stone! Its been hard at times, not giving in to temptations but I haven't starved myself from treats. I've been disapointed that i gave into crisps (us chips) twice this week, i expected to cave at a few chocolate hurdles but not crisps!

Its good to treat yourself though and a little bit of chocolate every now and then is ok as long as i do some bloody exercise. Finding it hard to do something that will entertain 16 month old Ruby too!
