No carbs for 2 days so far )))
Today I ate 3 eggs, litbit of turkey, green beans
Salmon w soy sauce and 1/2 glass of veggies.
10 Almonds
Maybe plain greek yogurt for late nite snack )

Back to gym on Tueesday
107.3 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
