The no sweets no junk challenge begins today!!!!
unfortunately my scales are playing up again and yes it is the scales and not me:-) there is a 2.5kg on it that just keeps flashing up and beeping and I'm hardly 2.5kg so I did a full set of measurements instead for the challenge begin!

Underbust: 76cm
Waist: 68cm
Around belly button: 68.5cm
Around hip bone:81.5cm
Around mid hip/bottom:86.5cm

Good luck to all challengers,buddies and a great week to everyone else too!
118.8 lb Lost so far: 48.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! I'm lucky to be built tall and reasonably lean the problem is though you can see any extra padding straight away on me lol:-)

your measurements are quite perfect already!! i have larger hip, mine is 90cm...and i am shorter...trying hard to get rid of those fat..

Thank you! I hope to lose 2cm around the waist to give me a bit of a curve I'm pretty much straight down at the moment.

haha, :D not that a day makes much difference. if you are tall 47kg is quite a bit underweight and sorry if I'm wrong but doesn't being skinny naturally make people less curvy? just saying since I've started losing weight the only thing that seems to be getting smaller is my melons ö_ö

Yes it does but I'm thin apart from a bit of fat around my waist leftover from pregnancies so what I meant is more of a nice defined waist! I'm not aiming for 47kg(I couldnt i'd be dead I'm 172cm lol) my goal weight is 53kg or even maintaining at 54kg;-)

Yes melons and bottom;-) but I'm small in both areas to begin with I tend to lose weight and on my arms and legs and last around the belly!

yeah apparently scientists have found that women mostly store their fat around their hips and belly :c my friend used to be quite big and she went down 2 cup sizes before anything went from her belly! x-x btw I think it's really cool that you don't give up being thin even after a pregnancy :) my mom tried but gave up and now she's really regretting it.

Thanks! I'm only 26 so had kids fairly young and still want to look nice and not just think well now I've had kids that's it! I even looked at pre baby photos and I look fitter now thanks to exercise it's just a bit of a podgy belly still because my babies were huge (4kg each) and it's hard getting rid of lower belly fat!

yes it is, my mom used to be really skinny but after she got me her belly ust went flabby :( (kinda feel guilty) but at least that makes her cuddly :D

It depends on genetics I suppose.don't feel bad that's what bellies do after babies and you have to work hard to get rid of it. My stomach muscles split during pregnancy so I had to train them like crazy to get them to grow back together! But as a result I now have a 4pack for the first time in my life lol;-) just the lower two ab muscles are still covered but I'll get there:-)

woah that is seriously awesome the only person with sixpacks that I know does karate, kickboxing and breakdance so.. wow. my best friend trains a lot too and when her abs started to emerge she thought they were fat rolls and was really confused because they were hard and not soft:D

yeah... thanks for your concern njashka8, i put 47kg, but i know that i will never hit that weight, i can't even hit 49kg. i just want to lose those excess fat around hip and thigh.. have been doing the brazen challenge and been eating well... mum kept cooking really nice food and will be having quite a lot of desserts recently that's why i can't join your challenge of no chocolate. ( not nice to look at everyone having chocolate cake and me looking at them, then people keep asking me to eat..) anyway, i maintained this weight and looking forward to drop weight back to 50kg which was the lowest i ever had.

i had a whole big serving of chocolate lava cake with ice cream last night and the Sunday had cake again... cookies and pie... so can't really join your challenge. but had bittergourd soup yesterday for lunch. thanks for the concern... it is lovely to know there are lots of nice people here. :) my main aim is to wear size 2 US, my top has been good and belly quite ok... let us know when your waist size drop by 2cm..

I understand that mermaidariel I'll be having problems with that when we move back to europe and will be surrounded by lots of extended family who all want me to eat heaps! Trying to get my eating nicely under control so I can then treat myself in moderation and not feel bad about it!
