The no sweets no junk challenge begins today!!!!
unfortunately my scales are playing up again and yes it is the scales and not me:-) there is a 2.5kg on it that just keeps flashing up and beeping and I'm hardly 2.5kg so I did a full set of measurements instead for the challenge begin!

Underbust: 76cm
Waist: 68cm
Around belly button: 68.5cm
Around hip bone:81.5cm
Around mid hip/bottom:86.5cm

Good luck to all challengers,buddies and a great week to everyone else too!
118.8 lb Lost so far: 48.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

And if 50kg is good for you then do it. My healthy weight range goes up to 74kg according to doctors charts but I'm just not built to be heavier!

ya... i try to be 50kg or 49kg... i don't like to walk and the fat keep shaking if you know what i mean... i aim to be fit and not skinny. I experience it before, skinny makes your body feel weak but fit, still can fit if size 2 but more energy and strong. :) muscle burn fat too

Thank you too mermaidariel! I will I hope to he down a bit tomorrow will be measuring more often because I have no properly working scales at the moment! Very frustrating!
