I've been working my way down again after last weekend's carb fest. A bottle of wine, carne asada burrito, peanut butter brownies, etc... My weight was closer to 237 last Monday, so I am making up the ground I lost.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
