Well, this is getting easier..I think. My troubles are getting in a routine with my lil man and my workouts and eating! I am trying to work all that out. Also, I am kind of scared to leave the house because I don't have the good food around me and since I don't have an exact routine yet, I am scared to get off of what I do have! Also, I have realized how hard it is to eat all the time... smaller portions=hungrier quicker! I feel like I'm always in the kitchen! But I know that I will get in the routine and that I figure all this out...it is definately a lifestyle change!

You could try bringing a snack with you.. like a Special K snack bar or granola bar. That usually helps to curb the hunger!
