DAY 1:
Today was good. I woke up ready for this change. Was a long process to set everything up, but we did it..and are ready to go now! I think it will take me a while to get used to this. I am really having a hard time not eating the brownies I made a few days ago..omg, they are so good. BUT, I settled for some sherbet instead. I am motivated by the pics I took and the inches I measured. I really hope that my sweet tooth doesn't overpower me! I am waiting for others in this house to eat them so that they are gone! Ok, so other than that...we started the P90 workouts and it kicked my butt, I can't wait until I can hang! I stuck to measuring and journaling my food..so I think I'm right on track. Yay, go me :) Skinny me..here I come, baby step at a time! :)
