I did a jig in front of the bathroom mirror today YES I DID! I thought it was going to be 173 again (or worse) because of yesterdays day out with my parents/uncle/aunt at the Sushi Restaurant- where they gave us a huge free banana split with battered and deep fried bananas...BUT IT ISN'T- it went down

Oooh yeah~<3 That deep fried banana split is exactly what I needed to knock me down a pound. Whoot whoot! - and maybe the raw fish, but who cares! I'm down, down, down. Doing the jig yes I am. I feeeeeel good. And now I'm off to the gym to celebrate again. Ahh what a wonderful day.
