What to say, I am a professional recently completed my BA in COMM with the University of Michigan, working to get into the MS program at MSU for Mgmt, Strat & Leadership. I am a board Certified Pscyhology practitioner and planning to also get my certifications to be a wellness and holiostic practitioner as well as a master herbalist. My life revolves around my career and education. I've attended school for years making one goal at a time to better my life and stability in this cruel hateful world. I've been in manufacturing all of my life and would like to retire with a good income as well as a lifelong expectation to help others help themselves.
Other than that, I started running 5K's last year, love them but need to get into shape to be able to complete a 10K or even a half marathon one day.
I have one daughter and one grandson who keep me busy but trying to take time to be beautiful for myself and sexy for my sweety.
My website is www.brendagill.com and it's in progress, close to being done.

Binging on chocolate and water
perhaps i didn't makle myself clear, I didn't say go buyu 10lbs of chocolate and gorge yourself, I said satisfy the crave which means if you feel you really need it or you really want it, then so be it, otherwise you will absolutely DRIVE YOURSELF NUTS! Furthermore, I am here to help myself as I help others. I am not here because I like to diet, I am here because I need to regroup and find a lifestyle that will work for me so all this "dieting" can stop and I can just live and enjoy life Svelte!
Thanks Gnat824, glad you put what I was trying to say into perspective. hopefully if I didn't explain it so others can understand it, what you said is what I was trying to say. I still say, if you feel you need it depriving yourself only digs our hole deeper, good luck!

Binging on chocolate and water
Very Happy you should always feed a crave.........
even if you think its bad, it could be a missing nutrient and a little water will help wash the fat and administer what your body is missing. Chocolate is a natural healing element, especially dark chocolate. Smile
