Yay! Just 3 more pounds to 170 and four to 169. Oh my gosh...I can't remember the last time I was in the 160's. This has been an amazing (and tedious) journey, but boy I am happy. When I get to 170 I will break 2 goals! Getting to 170 itself and my New Years resolution on losing 20 pounds! :D So happy and proud.

When I get to 165 I'll only be slightly obese! That is so...ah. I can't even explain the feeling. I can't stop grinning though hehe!

Have a great Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/AND FRIDAY EVERYONE! Thank you all for your support, and I will continue on giving my own too. Till next time!~<3

Great job! So happy for you! Just read the previous entry about your surprisingly-low weigh-in, after which you rewarded yourself... with exercise! That was awesome!

Great job, stick with it. I remember being 247 lbs last year (I'm only 5-8" so I looked like a filing cabinet with arms) and thinking, 'No way I can ever get below 200, my body type won't allow it.' That was one of the many excuses I used on myself to avoid weight loss. I would stuff my face with McDonald's figuring what the heck, I'm fat anyways and if I go to the gym tomorrow, I can work it off. Haha, yeah right! It wasn't until my job threatened to fire me that I started losing weight (guess we all need a motivation of some sort, huh?) I realized just losing the weight would not be enough, I needed to KEEP IT OFF. So I set 10 lb incremental goals at a time (get under 240 and never go above again, then under 230 and never go above again, then 220 and so on) so I know what a great feeling it is to achieve these mini goals.

try this recipe over the one I sent some say they burnt to fast .......One Zucchini Paleo friendly cooking spray Salt & Pepper Slice your Zucchini as thin as possible. I just use a food processor. It is faster and more consistent with the slicing. Pre-heat your oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray your baking sheet with your paleo friendly cooking spray. Lay out all the chips and spray cooking sprat lightly on the chips. Bake for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until they get to the right level of crispiness for you. Eat within two to three hours.

ddtjman: That's amazing what you've done so far! Mini goals are really motivating since they are much closer than the actual goal ahaha. You keep up the great work too. :) Thank you for the motivation boost!
