Gosh, I'm so bad about keeping up with my journaling, I'm only just seeing your comments. I'm glad the info helped you both as it did me. My mind is boggled by how some folks on here keep such close track of each bite eaten, each step walked or movement made, etc. I'm glad if that helps them, but I'm happy just to try to make good food choices & to lose 1-3 lbs each week. I do love all the support we give each other on here, & look forward to chatting with you all when I do get onto FS. I'm in a very active crochet & crafts group on FB, & spend lots of time on there. Sometimes I forget to pop in & say 'hi' to my FS friends. So, HI, Y'ALL! I really do appreciate & care about each of my FS buddies, & will try to be more faithful in getting on here. Most importantly, let's all keep moving forward, whether we're running, walking, or crawling, hee hee! Keep looking ahead to how great healthy & skinny feels!
