I just wanted to pop in while I'm on here & say that I'm still behaving myself food wise, & looking forward to seeing more pounds off at my next weigh-in this coming Sunday AM. Also trying to be more active, & have added more low-impact exercises, mostly upper body strength & flexibility, & a couple for back, hips & knees. I went out with hubby in my power chair & checked on our chickens, haven't said hi to them since we got the 6 new hens & 1 rooster a week or so ago. I wish I had held them more so they would be more tame, but my physical limitations pretty much prohibit that for now. Maybe with the next batch? On my way back across the yard from visiting my chickies I picked up some oak twigs for kindling for our wood stove. I love bein a red neck country girl, LOL! ~ Good exercise too! Have a great day everyone, & keep losing! ;)

WTG, Glam!!! Glad you're doing well. I'm crossing my fingers for you on your next weigh-in!!! But that's just moral-support. I know you're going to do GREAT! You're like that. :D
