I have lost 6 pounds since Tuesday. I would snack when I wasn't hungry to relieve boredom. I would also eat out a lot whenever I worked on an ambulance..Mcdonalds is our best friend. I have started packing my lunch and I'm following weight watchers. I feel better, I look better and I'm about to start a workout challenge through this website. I have never been this excited about losing weight! Good luck to everyone!!
