Oh my goodness.... I stepped on the scale this morning and WHAM! there was a weight I had never weighed before...talk about a slap in the face! I am in EMS so we never get to eat right and don't get a lot of exercise. I hope to change this by making smarter eating decisions and running.

I have lost 6 pounds since Tuesday. I would snack when I wasn't hungry to relieve boredom. I would also eat out a lot whenever I worked on an ambulance..Mcdonalds is our best friend. I have started packing my lunch and I'm following weight watchers. I feel better, I look better and I'm about to start a workout challenge through this website. I have never been this excited about losing weight! Good luck to everyone!!

I went to Olive Garden today and I was good! I had minestrone soup and salad. My guy friend ordered a huge bowl of alfredo..I watched him eat it.

Hmm..Where to start? My name is Michele. I'm doing this to eat healthier and work out more. I am an EMT so I would like to set a good example for my patients and co-workers. My friend Kara and I are doing this together (she's getting married in September so we want to look good in our dresses!) so I'm glad I have the support of a friend since this hasn't been easy so far. My goal is to lose 15 to 20lbs by July and it isn't going to be easy since all I can think of is cake.
