I'm going to have one of those weeks this week, working late, not much time to exercise. Get back to it! You can get over this bump in the road. :)

You can do this !! It happens, though. Don't worry about other people's feelings when it comes to not eating a bunch of food to make someone else feel good. One of the things we talked about at WW during the holidays was "food pushers" - there are those who want you to "eat up" to make them feel good, or because it's tradition to eat "Grandmas's so and so she only makes once a year"; others feel food is an extension of their hospitality and if you don't have a full plate then they didn't provide that hospitality. Some want to see if they can "make you go off your diet" for their own pleasure. Others flat out want you to fail. You have to decide which situation you are in, and take control of that for your own good. My daddy has had to learn a lot about my new outlook on life, especially when I sit down at his table with food I brought to supplement or replace what's being served in their house. I have to stand my ground. Yes, I'll have one biscuit if it fits in my Points for the day, otherwise I'm eating my Wasa Fiber crispbread or something else. Good luck !!!!

Weight that is gained that quick can be dropped just as quick. You got it! Just remember that diet is the biggest contributor to weight loss, more so than exercise. That notion stays in the back of my mind for when working takes priority over working out.
