Got all my exercise in and reasonably good on diet - no day over RDI but average has crept up due to capucino machine at work and the odd late night yoghurt
262.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1993 kcal Fat: 74.53g | Prot: 63.01g | Carb: 276.94g.   Breakfast: Toasted White Bread, Margarine-Butter Blend (60% Corn Oil & 40% Butter). Lunch: Hungarian Goulash Soup, cheese and ham sandwich. Dinner: fruit salad, chow mein. Snacks/Other: White Bread, Cheddar Cheese, Nutri-Grain Cereal Bar - Strawberry. more...
