WORKIN OUT AND FEELIN GOOOOOOOODDDDDDD!!!!! Can't tell y'all how good it feels to be committed to health...OH HAPPY DAYS!!!! HAHAHAHA...Anyway, kinda treated myself today with a Cobb Wrap that had blackened chicken, two strips of bacon, romaine lettuce and two slices of provolone cheese...AMAZING!!! Wasn't really sure how to log that in seeing as the place is a small deli with no nutrition chart but I said, "hey, why not? It's not horrible on the nutrition" LOL...still kinda nervous about my weigh in because took in way more fats then were supposed to be alotted but I'm not gonna stress about it.
