Boy is this really a hump day! I can't wait to get on the other side! .2 pound lost this week is pretty slow progress but even if it stays at .2 for the next 5 days, that's progress. I do have to get a few .4 and .6's in there to get to the 3 pounds which are my current minimum standard weekly. Have a great Hump Day People and don't lose the focus.
239.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the support. It's only Wednesday so I have 5 more weigh ins... I'm staying positive about hitting the 236 goal by Monday. I really want a glass of some Rhine varietal!!!

Thanks I really appreciate it. I bet you didn't know Camel's got kinky on Hump Day! Lol. I'm posting a sunset picture now since HUMP DAY is almost over.
