Another day, no Gym, no diet. I HATE being sick. I REALLY REALLY want to work out. I feel like this is ruining my hard earned motivation. I was doing pretty well. And I had JUST started my weight lifting routine. I was supposed to be doing back and chest today, but now I will have to skip it. And OF COURSE, instead of being like most people and losing my appetite when im sick, I actually have a HUGE appetite.
=0/ this stinks!!

Well whatever your doing seems to be working for you, small or large appetite. Sorry to hear that you are sick...working out while sick, stinks. Hope you feel better soon.
