Another day, no Gym, no diet. I HATE being sick. I REALLY REALLY want to work out. I feel like this is ruining my hard earned motivation. I was doing pretty well. And I had JUST started my weight lifting routine. I was supposed to be doing back and chest today, but now I will have to skip it. And OF COURSE, instead of being like most people and losing my appetite when im sick, I actually have a HUGE appetite. =0/ this stinks!!
