Goodmorning my friends,

today my new scale said i weighed resp. 88.8, 92.5, or 90.8. The new sca;e was inconclusive... I felt a little like Garfield on the scale and the scale telling me: "Together you are much too heavy for me to be sure, please can one of you step off first?"

My old scale said i weighed 88.3 so i take the 88.8 from the new scale :(
i have the tendency not to trust my new scale so if you see a big dip in my weight it means im on my old scale again...

Anyway, lot of work yesterday, today i can work as much as i like, or as little as i like, but if i don't work the work will still be there tomorrow...

looking forward to working out. (yeah you heard right) my soles are doing something with my foot, but right now it feels bruised all over so jogging is still out. BBB-day for me, so squats, lunges, and what not... i plan to work my butt off, i want to be lighter tomorrow! I am Soo DONE with this 88-89 kilo range, i want it to be 85!

today i only fill in what i eat when i eat it, just to make sure my general plan is still working. I even fill in the water and the coffee, so excuse me for being picky today...

i hope you all have a nice day.
Thanks Bwy39 for making me smile every day!

today i was at the gym, and i looked around. I was the least fat person there with the exception of two heavily underweight women. that was a first for me... I did feel watched though, and nobody would talk to me... i had an urge to take out my fat picture and scream: "stop it, i'm one of you", but then i realized maybe i am not anymore... if i compared intesity level of training between me and them, there was a major difference. I changed BIG TIME. not only in the mirror, but in my commitment level, my mindset and my resolve. I now start to understand my gym-trainer telling me to slow down once in a while. I'm smoking!

That's interesting. I rarely look around at the gym. I'm in my own little world there. I wish they had mirrors so I could watch myself working out. But then again, it's good that there are no mirrors, so I don't have to see what I look like, I can just imagine what I'm supposed to look like, haha! My gym is 80% men anyway. Good job at the gym. Thank you for the motivation!

we have a very popular gym, build only a few years ago, packed with all ages, genders and health-levels... but usually people do chat with eachother, and they did chat today, just not with me... maybe i smelled i don't know.

Hey, Puhpine! I know, scales are just not very precise. And the newere ones seem even less so than the old ones. LOL! Anyway, you're doing so great. Just look at where you are, you've come so far. You'll get to your goal!!! YOU'RE ROCKING THIS! :D
