Good job!
I've recently discovered a website, www.podrunner.com that has various exercise mixes that are categorized by BPM (Beats Per Minute), so you can choose the speed of your music. It's free, has a big archive of previous mixes, and can be accessed and listened to via smart phone, computer, etc.
And way to go on the crunches! I'm impressed!
