The end of March is here and I am updating my measurement numbers for everyone. I am up 12.5 lbs since the beginning of Feb. I was embarrassed to record it as it is a result of my toning. I was losing until I added toning to my workout and I can only hope that I am gaining only muscle because that is the only thing I have changed. My eating has remained the same.

I have however, lost another 3 inches around my lower stomach/hips/butt, 1 inch on each thigh, and I know my calves are smaller but I didn't measure them initially so I can only go by the tightness of my exercise capris. I am down a pants size in exercise wear and have to buy a medium. I have to use a belt on most of my jeans now and people have asked if I have lost weight.

I plan to keep doing what I am doing. I like what I am seeing in the mirror and only hope that eventually I will start burning fat to make room for more muscle.

Sounds like great results to me! I think the fit of clothes is more important than the number on the scale. Sounds like you're just adding gorgeous muscle.

Sounds very good Kathy! If you are losing inches it's very good progress! me, i measure in cms and i feel good just losing 1cm from anywhere! Keep it up woman!

Thanks guys! I didn't do a traditional day of working out today, but it was more fun. We finally had 70 degree weather and sunshine so my daughter, puppy, dog, and I all went out to play. 2 hours outside chasing a soccer ball, playing volleyball/catch, swinging, sliding, playing in the sand box ect. We even went on a short walk in the woods to take pictures of birds (didn't see any, but took plenty of pictures). I did manage to get 45 mins of cardio in this morning and we did 20 mins of zumba world and 20 mins of zumba core as part of girls night, but it was nice to get outside. I can't wait to get the pool up and running and the boat out on the water.
