Hello dear buddies!:-)
I am happy to say I feel like I am slowly getting back on track! It's only been one day yes but my hunger seems to have gone back to "normal" and my daily intake is 1300 give or take a bit and i'm feeling good! Thank you all for the support while I went through my what seemed like uncontrolled (food wise) weeks!
Now to keep this up and get the scales moving in the right direction again!

That's awesome Njashka! I knew you were going to get around this quickly! Never worry too much about something before it becomes a well marked trend! There are always ways! :). My appetite is still in that extraordinary phase. I even couldn't resist eating at a fast food place yesterday. I managed to avoid drinking soda's or fruit juice though. I only drank a sip of beer but left the rest as soon as I read "fructose syrup" in the ingredient list lol. I'll try to eat smaller quantities in each meal from now on heheh.

Maybe your body needs it euheide because weight wise and exercise wise you are doing great! Celebrate little victories like the no soda and juice lol;-). Lucky I gave that and alcohol up when I found out I was pregnant 4 yrs ago it was alot easier because it was for my babies sake aswell! I have an occasional coke zero though when we go out which isn't often. Lol

I have thought about that Njashka! :) The way I see it is, the daily exercise is almost definitely contributing to this increased appetite right now but, if I plan to see my six-pack, I have to limit things a little bit. I can't deprive myself too much, especially when it comes to protein, because of the exercise but, calorie-wise, I still have to make an effort heheh. There is definitely still visceral fat in there :)

Thanks for your support! :) I definitely feel proud to have resisted the fruit juice and, especially the shakes because that place has amazing shakes lol (my brain police has just arrested the thought of shakes, - Take it away boys! - They have been acting really fast lately and I'm grateful for that ahah ;). That was a great thing you did with the alcohol! Be careful with artificial sweeteners in coke zero. I've heard they're even worse than sugar health-wise. I'm not sure though :P. I love the taste of coke. But, unfortunately, it's included in my banned foods list lol. Fortunately I still have whole milk ... ;)

I practically never drink alcohol. A little red wine occasionally. Lately I've tried white wine just to see if I still disliked it lol. ;)

It didn't taste as bad as the first times :) I'm not about to start drinking it though. I just use it for cooking ;) Sorry for all the comments! Thoughts will come up only after ending the previous comments lol.

I looked at the calorie calculator iamachristisnjesusfreak it said 1680 which is similar to whst Fs says the only thing that i'm still unsure about is how many meals a day would be best for me. I'm thinking 4 or 5 will see what fits best with my life and family. The eat more weigh less didn't work on my laptop will try tomorrow.
