I must be in deep ketosis because my appetite decreased even further today. I snacked on a couple of things and still feel ok. I don't normally eat after 7 pm so I hope I don't get hungry later because I really prefer to keep my eating routine consistent. I will see how it goes.

9:15 pm Update

still not hungry! I had 8 ounces of leg of lamb this morning and that has been my main meal. it was very high protein and I think that made it very filling. hmmmm ... good to know. no need for eating tonight and that's good since I wanted to keep my eating routine. Goodnight FS friends.

Way to go Jenn. I have been finding too that if I have a high protein fix I just don't get hungry. Kind of neat that we have that in our little bag of tricks. Have a great weekend!
