Not feeling the best today, my side is hurting and my stomach is not doing well. It could be a long work day. Hopefully it's just the quick stomach bug my daughter had the other day.

Yesterday I got a quick workout in after work and I feel like I ate fairly reasonably. Today we'll see. Whenever my stomach is like this I just eat whatever sounds good, and unfortunately someone here brought donuts and I already took one. I'm going to try to do the best I can today (better than the donut) and keep moving forward. It's one day of feeling crumby, I just need to suck it up. Maybe by the time I'm off work I'll feel better and will feel good enough for a workout, if not, no workout today.

I've whined in one of my group posts and now here in my journal, so enough whining from me today. Positive talk only for the rest of the day!
